I am now relaxed both physically and mentally.

I am happy with myself and the accomplishments I achieve today.

I look forward to tomorrow and the opportunities it brings.

I’m falling asleep with only positive thoughts about myself and my life.

I am tired and I deserve to rest.

My dreams hold information I need to hear from myself.

I release my worries and collect peacefulness.

I rejoice in what I’ve learned today.

My bedroom is a sanctuary for sleep.

I am letting go of today’s stresses and I’m ready for a better tomorrow.

I say this to you, at the end of the night... before you close your eyes... be content with what you’ve done and proud of who you are!
